Better referee training and explore AI technology that enhances accuracy and consistency. -
Strengthen member communication
Ensure members’ voices shape policies and decisions through transparent engagement. -
Increase accountability
Promote financial oversight and clear reporting, including independent audits. -

Support governance that reflects member input and strengthens democratic participation.
A GLIMPSE OF MR. LIU'S BACKGROUND
Mr. Liu is an entrepreneur and business executive with over 25 years of experience across the telecommunications, IT, education, real estate, and construction industries. Since 2001, he has founded and managed multiple for-profit companies and have also been actively involved in a number of nonprofit organizations. Mr. Liu's company serves several Fortune 500 clients and employs teams across the United States.
Mr. Liu first developed an interest in fencing during his college years, though he did not have the opportunity to pursue the sport at that time. Decades later, his daughter fell in love with fencing and carried that passion forward, ultimately becoming one of the youngest fencers in history to win a World Championship. Through her journey, Mr. Liu's entire family became deeply involved in the fencing community.
