Mr. HE Zhang, COO

 

Mr. Zhang is a Sr Vi.e President at a world-class petroleum consulting firm, with expertise in petroleum reserves evaluation.  Zhang has signed many annual filing reports and two IPO reports at different stock exchanges worldwide.  Zhang was also an adjunct faculty in teaching petroleum engineering and a college advisory board member at a state university.
     
Mr. Zhang received his dual BS degrees from University of Science and Technology of China, and a PhD degree from Texas A&M University. He is a registered Professional Engineer. Dr. Zhang has committed a substantial portion of his leisure time to actively contribute to several NPOs.
